Seven services, from site acquisition to sign-off
Consulting only. I do not prune, remove or climb, which keeps the advice independent of any works arising from it. Every service is quoted as a fixed fee, agreed in writing before work begins.
Tree Removal Report
Council has asked for an arborist report before it will consider removing your tree. This is that report, and it is usually the whole job.

Which one do you need, and when
Under AS 4970:2025 the reporting is staged. Most projects need two or three of these, in this order.
Before design: preliminary tree assessment
What is on site, what is protected, what constrains the footprint. Cheapest report, biggest saving.
With the application: impact assessment, plus Clause 52.37 if triggered
The permit documents. What the works do to each tree, and whether canopy trees are caught.
At endorsement: tree protection plan and specifications
How the retained trees are actually protected. Usually a condition of the permit.
During construction: project arborist attendance
Hold points, supervised excavation, stage sign-offs, and the documentation that closes the conditions out.
